Look for total internal reflection in the experiment, i.e. a situation in which the light does not refract from the outer surface of the glass into an optically rarer medium, but is reflected back inside the glass. Answer the questions.
When light is refracted from an optically denser medium to an optically rarer medium, at certain angles greater than the angle of incidence, the angle of refraction should also be greater than degrees. At such angles, however, the refraction of the light beam can no longer occur, and instead the light is completely reflected - the light is completely reflected back from the boundary surface of the two transparent media.
